The client engaged our firm to design their new headquarters—bringing their entire team together under one roof for the first time. Previously spread across multiple buildings, the organization, deeply rooted in family values, envisioned a space that would foster connection, collaboration, and unity. Years of departmental separation had shaped distinct working styles and identities across teams. In response, each floor of the three-storey office was designed with a unique aesthetic that reflects the character of its occupants, while maintaining a cohesive overall design language. From washrooms and meeting rooms to side chairs and material finishes, every detail was thoughtfully curated to celebrate the individuality of each department and to reinforce a collective sense of belonging.
