At the initial client meeting, the question was asked – how do we create a modern office? The first answer to that was to make the existing slit windows larger, so we worked to make then 5 times larger. Next was to develop a spacious executive floor plan (10th floor) with large executive offices that wrap around a gathering space in the middle. Gone is the traditional office tower elevator lobby. Upon opening of the elevator doors, the user is welcomed onto the floor with a custom kitchen island, work appropriate lounge furniture, and diffused lighting.

The 9th floor is home to the company's conference floor with a large 50-person conference space, a 16-person board room, and three smaller meeting spaces. The conference room opens into a lounge area with one of the best views of the City, thanks to the larger windows.
